Answers before you pack your first box
How many boxes do I need for a 2-room apartment?
Plan for about 20–25 boxes: mostly medium boxes for everyday items, small ones for books and dishes (heavier, so smaller), and a few large ones for linens and lightweight items. Our calculator refines the estimate for your home.
What are your delivery times and areas?
Order before 3pm: shipped the same day, delivered in 24–48h domestically and 2–5 days across Europe. We also ship internationally — exact timing shows at checkout based on your address.
Bubble wrap or packing paper for dishes?
The two work together: packing paper (fresh, ink-free) wraps around each plate or glass, while bubble wrap protects fragile pieces and cushions the bottom of the box. For full coverage, plan on 5kg of paper and one roll of bubble wrap.
Can I return unused supplies?
Yes: you have 30 days after delivery to return any unused product for a full refund, with a free return label included. An extra box should never cost you a thing.
Is a hand truck really worth it for personal use?
